What we collect

Details you choose to send us in an enquiry: your name, work email, company, a description of the work, the service you are interested in, volume or target date, and anything you write to us by email or WhatsApp, including your WhatsApp number.

Technical data handled by our hosting and network providers when you visit the website, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time.

We do not ask for identity card numbers, bank details, payment card details or passwords. Please do not send them in an enquiry.

How the enquiry form works

The form does not send anything by itself. What you type stays in your browser until you choose to continue. "Review my enquiry" prepares a message that opens in your own email app or in WhatsApp. Nothing reaches us until you send that message.

Why we use personal data

We use personal data to respond to your enquiry, discuss and scope the work you ask about, prepare a quotation or agreement, manage our relationship with you, keep the website secure, and meet legal obligations. We use it for these purposes only, unless we tell you otherwise or the law allows. By sending us an enquiry you agree to our using your details for these purposes.

WhatsApp, email and AI-assisted replies

Messages sent to our WhatsApp line (+65 8095 7520) may be answered by an AI-assisted Client Partner as well as by our team. WhatsApp also handles these messages under its own terms and privacy policy. An AI-assisted reply is not a quotation, contract or commitment from us until we confirm it in writing. Your messages may be processed by messaging and AI service providers to prepare replies. For email enquiries, contact support@talentpool.com.sg.

Who we share data with

We use service providers to run the website and handle messages, such as hosting and network, email, messaging and AI tools. These providers process data under their applicable terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose personal data where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

Cookies, fonts and analytics

We do not set our own cookies, and we do not add analytics or advertising trackers to these pages. Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set a technical security cookie to protect the website from automated abuse. The pages load their typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to fetch it. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs and aggregate visit statistics.

Processing outside Singapore

Some of our providers may process personal data outside Singapore. The PDPA requires appropriate protection for personal data transferred outside Singapore, including protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal data we receive, but no online service is completely secure. Our retention policy is to keep personal data only while needed for the purposes above or for legal or business purposes. Data no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised.

Access, correction and withdrawal of consent

You may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our use of it. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to respond to your enquiry. Email support@talentpool.com.sg with "Data Protection" in the subject line. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
